Watson Gill are always looking for highly qualified and experienced staff to complement our existing teams. We recruit under four main operational groups:

  • Consultancy Services
  • Systems Analysis, Design and Development
  • Artificial Intelligence

Sales & Marketing

The highly technical nature of the services we offer our clients requires that we have a very strong sales and marketing operation dedicated to presenting our offer in non technical, jargon free language. We are looking for communicators who can understand client needs and present our solutions in their terms, not ours.

Consultancy Services

Combining a deep technical understanding of our capabilities with well established and proven domain expertise, our consultants need to be able to translate client requirements into cost effective solutions. We are looking for pro active, autonomous and innovative thinkers with the energy to deliver projects from conception to post implementation cost benefit analysis.

Systems Analysis, Design and Development

These team are responsible for the technical delivery of our systems. Experienced with one or more of our major development platforms (SQL Server with MS VB, C++ and Java) we recruit at all levels. MS development certification will be required.

Analytical Services and Artificial Intelligence

A great deal of analytical work is undertaken as part and parcel of all of our projects and application development work. Formal first degree (2.1 or above) qualifications in Math's, Statistics or Physics are minimum requirements from applicants to join the analytical teams and a second degree is the norm.

We deliver leading edge A.I. technologies embedded within conventional IT systems. Although those candidates with formal educational backgrounds in A.I. per se are more than welcome, we do value formally qualified applicants very highly: a second degree in Math's, Statistics or Physics is a starting point. We usually recruit at PhD level for these teams.
